LUBRICANTA P L
is classified as 100% petroleum based lubricant because it is purely oil itself and
contains no metals, graphite, waxes detergent or chemical additives. A
P L increases oil stability and improves the adhesion and cohesion
characteristics providing better gas sealing, improved cold starts and improved
lubricating qualities of your base motor oil, gun grease, even synthetic based oils and
other products.
Increased Fuel Economy
Proper portioning of A P L
decreases friction and rids the engine of carbon, sludge and varnish deposits. The engine
now uses energy more efficiently and runs cooler resulting in better fuel economy.
Increased Engine Life
A P L provides continuous
lubrication to all engine parts. Since A P L
micro-penetrates all parts before shutdown, engine wear is nullified at startup, where 80%
of engine wear occurs. A P L stays
on those parts for months and months. Engine power increases in torque and available
horsepower from decreased friction between metal to metal parts and increased compression
efficiency.
Increased Oil Life
Histories of engine oil analysis before and after using A
P L on a consistent basis, results in a reduction of wear metals
present in the Sump oil. Most operators can double oil life through analysis.
Decreased Maintenance & Downtime
A P L increases the effective life
of all component parts by preventing wear in the first place. Maintenance is not needed
for extended periods of time. This reduces parts and labor costs, as well as, the costs of
having to capitalize new parts or equipment in inventory or replacement.
Decreases Oil Consumption & Harmful Emissions
A P L seals piston rings and coats
cylinder walls to prevent oil passing into the combustion chambers and being burned. Oil
seals in hydraulic applications are especially improved. A
P L reduces carbon, sludge and varnish deposits allowing the EGR
valve to function more efficiently, resulting in fewer harmful emissions.
Decreased Vibrations, Noise & Temperature Operations
Many operators notice an immediate result because A P L
improves the lubricating qualities of the whole system where oil is used. It also
increases oil pressure and reduces cylinder or parts temperature by wicking up more heat,
usually generated during combustion or where metal to metal contact occurs. This adds
