WHAT IS APL?
APL is very highly refined and
ultra-pure oil, the purest we know. APL
is scientifically blended with 7 natural petroleum products to make it entirely more
effective than "off the shelf" motor oils, including, high priced additives. APL may be added to both traditional oils
and synthetics, where lubricity really needs to be an issue, especially at higher
temperatures where APL exceeds all
other motor oils. APL contains no
graphite, TPFE, waxes, moly's, sulfur, lead or any other metals or chemicals. It will
fortify any motor oils existing base lubricating package and reduce engine wear, adhering
and penetrating all surfaces and gaskets, without additives.
The S.A E. rating classification range of the selected motor oil that APL is blended with, will not change, in
fact APL significantly increases
the viscosity ranges, therefore you can use less expensive oil.
APL will emulsify carbon and sludge
deposits on rings and pistons. APL
also cleans oil journals and valve trains, improving cooling efficiencies, engine fuel
economy, horsepower, and torque. APL
significantly reduces all forms of tested exhaust emissions by 30-50%.
For best results, the following oil change procedure is recommended:
1) Install a new oil filter and add APL
25% by volume to your present motor oil, 1000 miles in a car or pick-up, 3-4,000 miles in
your OTR rig, BEFORE your next oil change. This will allow time for APL
to emulsify water, dissolve sludge, varnish and carbon build up.
2) Drain the emulsified and dirty oil; install a new oil filter. Now again apply APL 25% by volume, to your regular oil.
Now check oil levels as with normal operations and add APL
to oil as needed. Change oil at regular intervals according to manufacturer or company
specifications. APL will complete
cleaning process.
3) Engine wear will now be very minimal. Schedule regular oil changes using 25% APL as required by monitoring oil
viscosity levels, and/or as required under manufacture's warranty. One evaluation truck
ran over 38,000 Km, with only one filter change necessary between oil changes. NOTE:
Maintain a constant 25% blend of APL
between changes - e.g. 1L APL + 3 L
or Quarts regular motor oil.
4) Because APL is so pure it is
classified a universal lubricant and may be added to transfer cases, gearboxes, rear ends
and wheel hubs, all at 25 to 100% by volume.
5) For diesel fuel conditioning, mix 1 1itre of APL
with 760 litres (200 gallons) of fuel. APL
will dissolve the resins and gums holding deposits. APL
rids injectors of carbon, stops fuel pumps from leaking from low sulfur fuel that dries
gasket seals, cleans and lubricates injectors and top ends. Compression is increased;
friction is reduced and engine efficiency improved through better combustion and cooler
engine operations. |
